Su boregi I should say turned out marvellous, yet I need to work on the filling of the lamacun.
Thessaloniki and Istanbul share many threads and a past that is lost on both sides. Of course nothing ever compares to Istanbul but the daily life here in Salonika is akin to my childhood Istanbul 45 years ago.
